||If reasons beyond the control of BubbleBall disrupt or force the cancellation of an event, BubbleBall and Customer agree to reschedule the event at a mutually convenient date/time. No refunds/rescheduling will be granted due to light rain or sporadic showers. If an event is rescheduled by Customer voluntarily a fee of $150 will be applied
||Payment (minus deposit) will be refunded if event is cancelled by customer, 7 days or prior to event date. Space Rental Fee refunds will be governed by the Venue’s cancellation policy. Please refer to Venue’s policy for full details. BubbleBall does not guarantee refund nor take responsibility for the Venue’s inability to provide any full or partial refunds.

||Complete payment if you have made a partial deposit. Booking may be cancelled if full payment is not received by 7 business days from Play Date.

||Play Date cannot be rescheduled. In the event of a reschedule required by Customer for any reason within 7 days from Play Date, a change fee of $250 will be charged in addition to any other applicable fees.
||No refunds for no-shows. For cancellations less than 7 calendar days before Play Date, 65% will be retained and balance will be refunded. Space Rental Fee refunds will be governed by the Venue’s cancellation policy. Please refer to Venue’s policy for full details. BubbleBall does not guarantee refunds nor takes responsibility for the Venue’s inability to provide any full or partial refunds. No refunds will be granted if your group is able to play but is not satisfied with the experience due to personal injuries or unforeseen traffic delays. In occurrences of delays of game due to unforeseen traffic BubbleBall will offer a discount voucher at its discretion. Play Date will be rescheduled for free if games are cancelled by BubbleBall due to weather conditions.
